Dear Linear team, I'm applying to the Designer Web & Brand position. I'm a Designer with 20 years of crafting meaningful visual systems.
WHY LINEAR
I started digging the Linear rabbit hole and a tickle started growing in me. The more I dig, the stronger the beat became. Linear is one of the few companies where craft is not just a line on the company's page. I've read Karri's writings and the Conversations on Quality series to understand this is a house where "good enough" does not ship, sounds like a team I'd be happy to contribute to.
EXPERIENCE
I'm a designer with 20
years of practice. I founded Tata&Friends in 2012, built it from solo to a team of three, and ran it for 12 years across clients including the World Bank, BBVA, Santander, Fundacion Telefonica, and Madrid's Medialab Prado.
Across every project I owned the full arc — from brand strategy to shipped web, working directly alongside developers.

My work has been recognized by the Type Directors Club, 14x Behance Cover features, CREOS, Austriacus, LAUS.
Had the privilege of my work being featured in books like Los Logos 8 by Gestalten and Dot Line Shape by Victionary.
WORTH SAYING
My portfolio leads with brand identity but I've shipped web inside every client engagement for 20 years, I'm fluent in Framer and Figma, and I'm currently integrating AI-augmented workflows from my OWWO year. I am not a pure marketing-site designer, and pretending otherwise would be a bad fit for a place that prizes honesty.
What I can promise is the craft bar, the problem-picking habit, and a partner-with-engineers approach built across 12 years of shipping design work with developers.
