I co-founded OWWO and designed the complete brand identity and visual universe. The studio positioned itself as an AI-native creative arm for web3 ecosystems, and I was responsible for creating a visual system that communicated this through every touchpoint.

Challenge

🌊 Standing out in a sea of AI-generated sameness
AI-generated visuals were becoming generic and predictable. OWWO needed to feel unmistakably AI-native while breaking free from the typical AI aesthetic everyone was copying.

🎯 Positioning as web3's embedded creative partner
We embedded as a dedicated creative arm for web3 ecosystems. The brand needed to communicate technical sophistication, creative ambition, and deep web3 fluency without feeling cold or algorithmic.

🤖 Making AI feel human and intentional
AI tools were producing visually similar outputs everywhere. We needed to prove AI could create something distinct, crafted, and ownable, not just another gradient blob or cyber-futuristic cliché.

The breakthrough came from a conceptual tension: porcelain. It's handcrafted yet reproducible, delicate yet precise, organic yet structured. This metaphor became the visual foundation, AI workflows that felt as an extension of the artisan work.

Push AI tools beyond their defaults
Most AI-generated imagery looks the same because people accept the first output. I built custom workflows, 2D to 3D conversions, pattern generation from base images, portrait-to-porcelain transformations, that took AI several steps beyond generic results.

I created a visual system built around porcelain-inspired 3D worlds: smooth, glossy, sculptural forms that feel both handcrafted and digitally native. These worlds became the brand's signature, unmistakably AI-generated but refined beyond the typical AI aesthetic.

The visual system communicates:

  • Craftsmanship (artisanal quality, not mass production)

  • Seriality (scalable, reproducible, systematic)

  • Web3 fluency (digital-native, exploratory, boundary-pushing)

I built automated generation systems that became part of the brand itself:

OWWO Portrait Generator:
Upload any portrait → automated workflow transforms it into OWWO's porcelain style. Consistent brand outputs at scale while maintaining artistic quality.

2D to 3D Workflows:
Automated processes that convert flat graphics into dimensional porcelain-style renders, allowing rapid iteration and exploration.

Pattern Generation System:
Feed in a base image → workflow generates branded pattern variations, maintaining visual consistency across applications.
